Electric Gel Ball Blaster M4A1 HK416 Best version

I expected what would have been a $400 gel blaster to be upgraded, especially with the term "best version" attached to it from the get go. The thing didn't even have an upgraded battery! It is all plastic as well. No metal to be seen except for the inner barrel. Are the gears even metal? I doubt it, but I am afraid to crack the thing open to find out. It was also sent to the wrong address after my waiting for over 2 weeks to get it. That meant that I had to pay to ship it another 300 miles. Now, that being said, so far it shoots hard as hell, and after I upgraded the battery myself it performed very well. I wish it came with all of the bells and whistles that $400 should buy. Also, when I attempted to adjust the shipping destination, which was on day 1 when I noticed that you had the wrong address down for me, I could not get through to anyone at the company. I tried at least half a dozen times to no avail. I am going to spend my money elsewhere next time. You guys don't give a sh** about your customers, not the quality of product that you ship. I am trying to find an upgrade kit for it now, cause my $120 SLR from Amazon out performs it in just about every way. NOT SATISFIED
